摘　　要：我国是葡萄种植大国,每年因葡萄修剪管理产生大量废弃枝条,对生态环境造成巨大的负担。此外,葡萄枝条中富含大量纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等有机物,经处理后可成为良好的可再生有机能源。目前,葡萄枝条资源利用的研究主要集中在营养成分分析、做栽培基质、堆肥处理和功能物质提取等方面。该研究介绍了近年来葡萄枝条综合利用的最新研究进展,分析了葡萄枝条利用过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,为葡萄园生产中废弃枝条的深度开发与高值化利用提供借鉴和参考,拓宽葡萄枝条资源综合利用途径,保护环境和促进葡萄与葡萄酒产业的可持续发展。China is a big grape cultivation, each year from grape pruning branches management to produce a large number of abandoned, poses a great burden to the ecological environment.In addition, the grape branches contain a large amount of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin and other organic matter, the processed can become a good renewable organic energy.At present, the grape stems resource utilization research mainly focused on the nutrient composition analysis, using as the cultivation matrix, composting treatment and functional material, etc.This study mainly introduced the latest research progress in the comprehensive utilization of grape branches in recent years, analyzed the problems existing in the utilization process of grape branches, and proposed corresponding countermeasures, providing references for the in-depth development and high-value utilization of discarded branches in vineyard production, broadening the comprehensive utilization of grape branch resources, protecting the environment and promoting the sustainable development of grape and wine industries.
