法学学员走进社区利用法律故事现身说法的思考

摘　　要：法律故事走进社区,会带动更多群众积极参与到法律知识的学习中,让法律成为群众日常生活的一部分。文章主要研究开展新型法学实践教学的必要性;学员讲故事,法律进社区教学实践的意义;教师引导学员准备法律故事,制作PPT动画或VCR(视频)故事;法学学员以法律故事为桥梁,与社区群众进行法律互动,达到法律进社区的目的;学员讲故事,融入生活,使法律教学与日常生活紧密结合起来;学员讲故事,法律进社区实践教学方法的优势。The introduction of legal stories into the community will lead more people to actively participate in the study of legal knowledge and make law a part of people's daily life.The article mainly studies the necessity of developing new legal practice teaching;the significance of students telling stories and law teaching practice in the community;teachers guide students to prepare legal stories and make PPT animations or VCR(video)stories;law students use legal stories as a bridge to interact with the community to achieve the goal of law into the community;students tell stories and integrate into life,so that law teaching and daily life are closely combined;the students tell stories and the law enters the community to practice the advantages of the teaching method.
