深化两级管理背景下高校二级工会工作重心重塑

摘　　要：文章从推进师德师风建设、深化民主决策和管理、促进教职工职业发展、提升内部治理水平等方面阐述具有校本特色的高校二级工会工作重心重塑,提出了校本制度设计制定与校本特色活动策划实施、重大事项表决制度完善、日常监督与提案跟踪落实、建功立业先进典型选树、帮扶结对与团队合作推进、互动反馈机制与交流平台构建等对策举措,以更好地推动二级学院的品牌创建和特色化发展。This paper researched the reconstruction of the priority of secondary labor union in colleges and universities from the aspects of promoting the construction of teachers'ethics,deepening democratic decision-making and management,promoting the professional development of teachers and workers,and improving the level of internal governance.Some measures were put forward,such as the design of school-based system and the planning of school-based characteristic activities,the improvement of major event voting system,daily supervision and follow-up implementation of proposals,the selection of advanced models for meritorious service,the promotion of pairing and team cooperation,the construction of interactive feedback mechanism and communication platform,which could promote the brand creation and characteristic development of colleges and universities.
