摘  要:针对既有研究未考虑钢轨影响的不足,基于等效截面法和势能驻值原理,构建了考虑钢轨作用的纵连板式无砟轨道上拱分析模型,推导了轨道板安全升温幅度计算公式,并与既有文献和有限元结果进行对比验证该计算方法的准确性。利用该计算方法分析了安全升温幅度的参数影响规律。结果表明:提出的简化计算方法能够较准确计算安全升温幅度,可应用于无砟轨道稳定性分析与结构设计;钢轨升温幅度较大时可能加剧轨道板失稳,因此在相关研究中有必要引入钢轨的影响;轨道板安全升温幅度随着钢轨升温幅度和轨道板弹性模量的增大而减小,随着轨道板厚度和砂浆层剪切强度的增大而增大。研究结果可为纵连式无砟轨道优化设计和养护维修提供参考。To overcome the shortcomings of the existing studies ignoring the impact of the rail, an analytical model of continuous slab track blowup was established and the formula for calculating the safe temperature increase of track slab was derived, based on the equivalent section method and the principle of stationary potential energy. The accuracy of the simplified calculation method was verified by comparing with existing literature and finite element results. Moreover, the parameter influence law of the safe temperature increase was analyzed using this method. The results show that the simplified calculation method can accurately calculate the safe temperature increase range and can be applied to the stability analysis and structural design of ballastless track. When the rail temperature rise is large, the rail may aggravate the instability of track slab, which necessitates the introduction of the influence of rail in related research. The safe temperature increase range of the track slab decreases with the increase of rail temperature rise range and slab elastic modulus, and increases with the increase of slab thickness and shear strength of the mortar layer. The results can provide reference for the optimization design and maintenance of continuous ballastless track.
