摘　　要：从人与自然关系的处理、“两山”关系的演变、生态文明制度建设三个维度,可以概括我国生态环境治理的历史进程,总结得出生态环境治理工作的宝贵经验:必须始终坚持党对生态环境工作的全面领导,敢于同生态文明建设中的突出问题作斗争,统筹发挥市场与政府作用推动制度体系建设;要构建以人民为中心的生态文明建设大格局,坚定践行“两山”理念,努力为全球生态环境治理贡献中国力量。By analyzing the historical process of ecological and environmental governance in China on three dimensions:the treatment of the relationship between man and nature,the changes of the relationship between the“two mountains”and ecologically institutional construction,we can systematically summarize the valuable experiences of ecological construction and environmental protection,namely,adhering to the Party’s overall leadership of ecological and environmental work,daring to fight against the prominent problems in ecological civilization,and promoting the institutional construction of the ecological civilization by playing the role of the market and the government.And it tells to build a people-centered ecological civilization pattern,to firmly practice the“two mountains”concept,and to contribute to globally ecological and environmental governance.
