摘 要:食品安全监督抽检是保障食品安全的有力措施,是防范化解食品安全风险的重要手段。近年来各级市场监管部门日益重视食品安全监督抽检工作,每年均能完成一定数量的食品抽检任务,然而随着监督抽检工作的长效开展和纵深推进,其过程也暴露出一些问题。本文从当前县区一级的食品安全监督抽检工作实际出发,分析基层抽检的工作现状和存在问题,并提出改进建议,以期为有关部门提供参考。Food safety supervision and sampling inspection is a powerful measure to ensure food safety and an important means to prevent and resolve food safety risks.In recent years,market supervision departments at all levels have paid more and more attention to food safety supervision and sampling inspection,and complete a certain number of food sampling inspection tasks every year.However,with the long-term development and in-depth promotion of supervision and inspection,some problems have also been exposed in the process.From the reality of food safety supervision and sampling inspection at the county and district level,this paper analyses the current situation and problems in primary level inspection,providing suggestions for relevant departments to refer to and make improvements.
