摘　　要：花草茶作为一种具有一定药用效果的饮品,饮用花草茶对人体健康有一定益处。基于此,本文介绍了花草茶的几大主要类型,对其保健功能进行阐述,为品茶爱好者提供一定的借鉴和指导。Herbal tea is a drink with certain medicinal effects, and drinking herbal tea has certain benefits for human health. Based on this, this paper introduces several main types of herbal tea, expounds its health care function,and provides some reference and guidance for tea lovers.
