扩招后高职院校思想政治教育实施的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：扩招后高职院校面临学生结构多元导致思想政治教育实施进度不一、学生基础薄弱导致思想政治教育实施效果不显和学习需求现实导致思想政治教育实施程度不深的问题。为此,高职院校要掌握特点,开展精准思政;把握重点,实施课程思政;发挥优势,创新思政模式;提质培优,强化师资水平。Under the background of enrollment expansion,different progress in the implementation of ideological and political education due to the diversity of students’ resources,ineffective implementation of the education due to their weak basis,the lack of deep implementation of the education due to the reality of study requests are the main problems in vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to seize the features and carry out precise ideological and political methods,grasp the key points and implement curriculum ideology and politics,make full use of advantages,innovate ideological and political models,improve quality and strengthen the level of teachers.
