摘 要:文章基于学习共同体理论,探究高职院校实施排球俱乐部教学模式的可行性。结果表明,高职院校体育排球教学存在教学理念滞后、教学资源相对匮乏、考核评价形式单一等问题。将学习共同体理论融入高职院校的排球俱乐部教学模式,可以完善高职院校排球教学模式,促进学校排球教与学过程的融合,提升大学生学习排球的兴趣和身体素质。基于此,文章提出加强师资培训、优化教学方法、加强体育设施硬件建设、构建教学过程中学生评价体系、将学习共同体理论与德育相结合等对策,以进一步完善俱乐部教学模式。Based on the theory of learning community,this paper explores the feasibility of implementing the teaching mode of volleyball clubs in vocational colleges and universities.The results show that the teaching of sports volleyball in vocational colleges and universities has problems such as lagging teaching concepts,a lack of teaching resources relatively,and single assessment forms.The integration of the learning community theory into the volleyball club teaching mode of higher vocational colleges and universities can significantly improve the physical quality of college students and the development of the volleyball teaching mode of modern vocational colleges and universities,promoting the implementation of the volleyball teaching and learning process in schools,and is helpful to promote the reform and optimization of the teaching mode of volleyball clubs in vocational colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as the follows:strengthening teacher training,scientific teaching methods,improving construction of sports facilities,paying attention to the construction of student evaluation system in the teaching process,and combining community theory with moral education.
