摘 要:目的:探讨积极心理学视角下改善临床医学专业学位研究生心理状况的策略与实践。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对在院临床实践的3个年级377名专硕研究生进行心理健康调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(成人EPQ)分析等。结果:371名专硕研究生参与了基线调查,其中男143名,女228名;15.09%的专硕研究生曾有过工作经历;非手术科室专硕研究生占51.75%;平均年龄为(24.70±1.63)岁;SCL-90心理健康筛查阳性率为23.45%,内向不稳定专硕研究生的心理问题检出率最高。结论:运用积极心理学理论在临床医学专硕研究生培养过程中开展心理健康教育课程和主题活动实践,有助于改善和调节专硕研究生心理状态,促进其积极人格发育和积极心态养成,帮助其更好的适应临床规培,间接改善培养质量。Objective: To explore the strategy and practice of improving the psychological status of postgraduates in clinical degree from the perspective of positive psychology. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the mental health of 377 professional postgraduate students from 3 grades. The contents of the questionnaire include general situation, symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(adult EPQ) analysis to understand their mental health status. Results: 371 professional postgraduates participated in the baseline survey, including 143 males and 228 females.15.09% of the professional postgraduates had work experience and 51.75% of postgraduates were in the non-surgical departments. The average age was 24.70 years old. The positive rate of SCL-90 mental health screening was 23.45%. Introverted and unstable postgraduates had the highest detection rate of psychological problems. Conclusion: Using the theory of positive psychology to carry out the practice of mental health education courses and activities in the training process of clinical professional postgraduates will help to improve and adjust the mental state of postgraduates, promote their positive personality development and positive mentality, help them better adapt to clinical training, and indirectly improve the training quality.
