摘 要:为助力新手教师专业发展,可以探索专家指导与测评技术的联动。新手教师A在专家教师B的指导下,通过3轮学习形成教学设计终稿,并在课堂付诸实施;专家教师B同步观课并结合课堂教学智慧评价系统(CSMS)的大数据报告,指导新手教师A综合反思课堂实施效果。研究表明:在帮助新手教师专业成长的历程中,专家指导的主要价值是指导新手教师打磨与修改教学设计,重在教学思维的提升;CSMS的主要价值体现在精准诊断课堂实施,重在为改进课堂教学提供研究方向;专家联动技术可以更精准地促进新手教师专业发展。In order to help the professional development of novice teachers,the interaction of expert guidance and assessment technology can be explored.Under the guidance of expert teacher B,novice teacher A formed the final draft of instructional design through three rounds of learning,and then put it into practice in class.Combined with the big data report of the classroom structure-based multi-model-supported scoring system(CSMS),expert teacher B guided novice teacher A to comprehensively reflect on the classroom implementation effect.Research shows that the main value of expert guidance in helping novice teachers grow up is reflected in the polishing and modification of teaching design,with emphasis on the improvement of teaching thinking;the main value of CSMS is reflected in the accurate diagnosis of classroom implementation,focusing on providing research directions for improving classroom teaching;experts working together with technology can more accurately promote the professional development of novice teachers.
