摘 要:目的:探讨新型根管封闭剂HiFlow的体外抗菌性能。方法:通过直接接触实验、抑菌环实验、感染根管模型实验对根管封闭剂AH Plus、iRootSP、Hi Flow的抗菌效果进行比较,记录根管封闭剂与粪肠球菌接触后不同时间点的菌落数及抑菌环直径。结果:各组根管封闭剂在新鲜混合20min、1d后,AH Plus组、iRootSP组、H i Flow组三组的菌落数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。各组根管封闭剂在混合7d、14d后,iRootSP组与Hi Flow组的菌落数无统计学差异(P>0.05),均低于AH Plus组(P<0.05)。根管封闭剂作用于粪肠球菌1d、3d时,三组间的抑菌环直径比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。作用于7d时,iRootSP根管封闭剂组与H i Flow根管封闭剂组抑菌环直径无统计学差异(P>0.05),且均高于AH Plus根管封闭剂组(P<0.05)。各组根管封闭剂作用于感染根管20min、1d后,AH Plus根管封闭剂+热牙胶组、iRoot SP根管封闭剂单尖组、Hi Flow根管封闭剂+热牙胶组三组的菌落数均低于热牙胶对照组(P<0.05)。作用于感染根管7d后,各实验组的菌落数均低于热牙胶对照组(P<0.05)。作用于感染根管14d后,AH Plus根管封闭剂+热牙胶组、iRoot SP根管封闭剂单尖组、Hi Flow根管封闭剂+热牙胶组三组的抗菌性均优于其余各组(P<0.05),且iRoot SP根管封闭剂单尖组与H i Flow根管封闭剂+热牙胶组的菌落数均优于AH Plus根管封闭剂+热牙胶组(P<0.05)。结论:H i Flow根管封闭剂其体外抗菌性与iRootSP相似,且耐高温,但仍需长期的临床应用观察其抗菌疗效。Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial properties root canal sealer Hi Flow in vitro.Method:The antibacterial effects of AH Plus,i RootSP and Hi Flow were compared by direct contact test,bacteriostatic ring test and infected root canal model test.The CFU and the diameter of bacteriostatic ring were recorded at different time points after root canal sealer contacted with Enterococcus faecalis.Results:There was no statistical significance in CFU in AH Plus group,i Root SP group and Hi Flow group after mixing for 20 minutes and 1day(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in CFU between i Root SP group and Hi Flow group,and both lower than that of AH Plus group after mixing for 7 days and 14 days.There was no statistical significance in diameter of bacteriostatic ring in AH Plus group,i Root SP group and Hi Flow group when three root canal sealers against Enterococcus faecalis 1 day and 3 days later(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in diameter of bacteriostatic ring between i Root SP and Hi Flow group(P>0.05),and both higher than that of AH Plus group when three root canal sealers against Enterococcus faecalis 7 days later(P<0.05).In IRCM test,the CFU of AH Plus+warm gutta-percha group,i Root SP group and Hi Flow+warm gutta-percha group were lower than that of warm gutta-percha group after mixing for 20 minutes and 1day(P<0.05).The CFU of each experimental group was lower than warm gutta-percha group after mixing for 7 days(P<0.05).The antibacterial activity of AH Plus+warm gutta-percha group,i Root SP group and Hi Flow+warm gutta-percha group were better than that of other groups after mixing for 14 day(P<0.05),the CFU of i Root SP group and Hi Flow+warm gutta-percha group were both better than that of AH Plus+warm gutta-percha group after mixing for 14 days.Conclusion:The antimicrobial properties of the root canal sealer Hi Flow is not significantly different from that of i Root SP in vitro.However,long-term clinical antibacterial effect still needs to be observed.
