摘 要:成人教育是我国教育序列中非常重要的组成部分,成教学生在各级各类学历教育中占比较大,随着受教育人数逐年增加,心理问题也逐渐凸显。拟通过分析积极心理教育融入成人教育的现实意义,阐述成教学生存在的心理问题,探析如何通过强化观念、体验式教育、推进机制建设提升成教学生身心素质的策略,有助于提升成教学生身心素质,推动成人教育高质量发展。Adult education is a very important part of China′s education sequence.Adult education students account for a large proportion of all kinds of academic education at various levels.As the number of educated people increases year by year,psychological problems are gradually becoming prominent.This paper analyzes the practical significance of integrating positive psychological education into adult education,expounds the psychological problems of adult education students,and explores how to improve the physical and mental quality of adult education students through strengthening concepts,experiential education and promoting mechanism construction,which will help to improve the physical and mental quality of adult education students and promote the high-quality development of adult education.
