摘 要:学习型社会背景下,老年教育的学习理念从被动接受的有限教育转变为主动参与的终身学习;学习需求从获取知识、休闲娱乐转变为精神赋能、实现价值;学习内容从随意的、单一的活动转变为系统化、专业化课程;学习方式从封闭的集体学习转变为开放的多元化学习。基于此,“银铃乐学之家”老年大学初步构建了由管理支持服务、课程支持服务、教学支持服务、交流展示支持服务、网络支持服务、资源支持服务、人力支持服务七大要素共同组成的老年教育学习支持服务体系,形成了对老年学习者学习支持的全面化模式,进一步提升了老年教育的质量及效果。As China is advancing the building of a learning society,the concept of elderly education has changed from passively accepted limited education to actively participation in lifelong learning.Learning needs have changed from acquiring knowledge and entertainment to spiritual empowerment and value realization.The content of learning has changed from casual,single activities to systematic,specialized courses.The way of learning has changed from closed collective learning to open pluralistic one.Based on these changes,a university for the elderly known as"Home of Learning for Senior Citizens"has preliminarily developed a learning support service system which consists of seven elements including management support services,curriculum support services,teaching support services,communication support services,network support services,resources support services,and manpower support services.The service system forms a comprehensive model to support older learners and further improves the quality of education for elderly people.
