摘  要:成人高校在落实立德树人根本任务的过程中,注重提升学生职业素养。把握课程思政作为新时期加强高校人才培养和思想政治教育新举措的引领作用,厘清课程思政与职业素养教育的关系有助于职业素养教育效果的提升。成人高校可通过培养教师思政能力、创新教学管理模式、优化课程思政设计、完善思政评价体系等路径推动职业素养教育的开展,提升人才培养质量。In the process of implementing the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue,adult colleges should focus on improving students'professional quality and take curriculum ideology and politics as a new measure to strengthen personnel training and ideological and political education in the new era.Clarifying the relationship between curriculum ideology and politics and professional quality education helps to improve the effect of professional quality education.Adult colleges should strive to promote professional quality education and improve the quality of talent training by cultivating teachers'ideological and political abilities,innovating teaching management models,optimizing the design of curriculum ideology and politics and improving its evaluation system.
