摘 要:传统工科专业的改造升级是新工科建设的重要内容,跨学科专业培养创新性工程技术人才是地方普通高校新工科建设面临的一项挑战性任务。本文结合学校实际,以电子信息产业发展需求为导向,对学校现有专业的培养模式进行了改革探索。通过围绕产业链建设专业链,构建跨学科专业的专业集群;通过强化顶层设计为保障,构建组织管理新机制;通过以培养学生创新能力为核心,构建人才培养新模式。形成了产业-技术-专业三链贯通的跨学科专业的专业集群新工科建设基本体系。多年的教学实践表明,学生的跨学科专业创新实践能力获得了显著提升,为传统工科专业的改造升级提供有益借鉴。Transformation and development of traditional engineering education is of key contents of the emerging engineering education. Training innovative engineering talents for interdisciplinary majors is a challenging task for the construction of emerging engineering education in local universities. Oriented by the development demand of electronic information industry, the reform of training model for the traditional engineering majors is explored and practiced combined with the GUET’s reality. The professional cluster of interdisciplinary majors is constructed by building a professional chain around the industrial chain, the novel mechanism of organization and management is established with strengthening the top-level design as a guarantee, and the new mode of talent training is built based on the idea of taking the cultivation of students’ innovative ability as core. The basic system of emerging engineering construction of interdisciplinary major clusters guided by joint triple chain(i.e. industry chain, technology chain and major chain) has been constructed. After years of teaching practice, students’ innovative practical ability for interdisciplinary majors has been significantly improved. The formed cultivation mode can be useful for promoting the emerging engineering education in other universities.
