摘  要:新一轮科技革命和产业变革对化工类一线工程人才的培养提出了新要求。基于对石油石化行业特色高校常州大学的案例研究,发现化工类一线工程人才培养实践中存在培养目标不聚焦、培养路径不宽、培养机制不完善等问题。因此,针对这些问题,必须科学定位一线工程人才培养新目标,坚持以学生发展为中心,突出实践和创新能力建构;积极打造人才培养新平台,突破传统路径依赖,推进“引企入教”的沉浸实践;切实完善人才培养新机制,发挥多方办学主体作用,强化协同育人的项目驱动。从而,形成以“能力建构、沉浸实践、项目驱动”为特征的化工类一线工程人才培养新体系。The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation have put forward new requirements for the training of front-line engineering talents in chemical engineering. Based on the case study of Changzhou University, a characteristic university in petroleum and petrochemical industry, it is found that there are some problems in the training practice of front-line engineering talents in chemical industry, such as unfocused training objectives, narrow training paths and imperfect training mechanism. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we must scientifically locate the new goal of training front-line engineering talents, adhere to the development of students as the center, and emphasize the construction of practice and innovation ability;actively build a new platform for talent training, break through traditional path dependence, and promote the immersion practice of “introducing enterprises into education”;we will improve the new mechanism for training talents, give full play to the role of multiple subjects, and strengthen project-driven collaborative education. Thus, a new talent training system for front-line chemical engineering has been formed, which is characterized by “ability building, immersed practice and project-driven”.
