摘 要:随着新医改进程不断地深入推进,各医院愈发重视从管理上下苦工,不断探索优化更科学先进的管理体制机制,对于众多患者及患者的家属来说,关注的是医院如何为大家提供更多促进健康、保障安全的举措,医疗体系制度的优化完善关系着医疗行业的健康发展。近年来,整个医疗行业的人才处于缺口状态,供求不平衡的状况仍未得到改善,需要更多的新鲜血液投身医疗卫生事业中。医疗卫生人才作为医院的主力军,处于救死扶伤、守护健康的第一战场,需具备过硬的专业能力、健康的身体素质及良好的心理素质,因此研究新医改形势下医院的人力资源管理工作具有非常重要的意义。本文主要结合当前时代背景,从医院人力资源管理的现状进行分析研究,针对相应的问题提出改进举措,致力于精准赋能医院高质量发展,为广大群众的健康保驾护航。With the continuous and in-depth advancement of the new medical improvement process,hospitals have paid more and more attention to hard work from management and management,and constantly explored and optimized more scientific and advanced management systems and mechanisms.For many patients and their families,what the hospitals are concerned about to provide you with more measures to promote health and ensure safety,the optimization and improvement of the medical system system is related to the healthy development of the medical industry.In recent years,the entire medical industry has been in a state of talent gaps,and the imbalance between supply and demand has not yet been improved,and more fresh blood is needed to devote to the medical and health industry.As the main force of the hospital,medical and health talents are in the first battlefield to save the dying,heal the wounded,and protect the health.They need to have strong professional ability,healthy physical fitness and good psychological quality.Therefore,research on the human resource management work of the hospital under the new medical reform situation is very important significance.This article mainly combines the background of the current era,analyzes and studies the status quo of hospital human resource management,proposes improvement measures for corresponding problems,and is committed to accurately empowering the hospital’s high-quality development and escorting the health of the general public.
