多样化生源背景下的高职学前教育专业分类培养研究--以扬州市职业大学为例

摘　　要：当前,高等职业教育生源呈现多样化特点,在此背景下,高职学前教育专业的人才培养可以尝试在“成果导向”教育理念指导下,建构“一轴三级”的人才分类培养模式。本研究以扬州市职业大学为例,分析该校学前教育专业分类培养模式的实践探索,概括为:以学生学习成果为中轴进行反向设计,基于四类生源的特点,明确实践型合格人才、智慧实践型合格人才、创新实践型优秀人才的学习成果,构建分段式课程体系、实施分层式课程教学、创新弹性学业管理。At present,the source of students in higher vocational education is diversified.In this context,the talent cultivation of preschool education majors in vocational colleges can construct the classified cultivation mode of"One axis with three levels"under the guidance of"Outcome-based Education".This study takes Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example and analyzes the practice exploration of the classified cultivation mode for preschool education majors.The study clarifies the learning results of qualified practical talents,qualified intelligent and practical talents,and excellent innovative and practical talents,constructs the segmented curriculum system,implements the layered curriculum teaching,and innovates the flexible academic management.
