摘  要:利用STM32系列单片机运行速度快,资源配置丰富的特点,以PID为基本的控制算法,利用霍尔传感器将电机速度变换成脉冲,转换电路把脉冲信号转换成直流量,输入到单片机端口,实现闭环控制;硬件PID利用运算放大器构成的比例、微分、积分电路,与三角波电路比较产生硬件PWM信号。电机控制电路采用H桥电路,信号输入运行时,可以通过开关切换使其受信号来自单片机驱动或是硬件PWM信号,通过同一电路的两种控制方法对比,为实际产品的应用提供选择方案。Using STM32 series MCU running speed, the characteristics of rich resource configuration, PID as the basic control algorithm, using Hall sensor to convert the motor speed into pulse, conversion circuit to convert the pulse signal into direct flow, input to the MCU port, to achieve closed-loop control;The hardware PID uses the proportional, differential and integral circuit of the operational amplifier to generate the hardware PWM signal compared with the triangular wave circuit. The motor control circuit adopts H-bridge circuit. When the signal input is running, it can be driven by the single chip microcomputer or the hardware PWM signal through the switch switch. By comparing the two control methods of the same circuit, it provides a choice scheme for the application of the actual product.
