儿童心理虐待与自恋型人格障碍倾向的关系:成人依恋的中介作用

摘　　要：旨在研究儿童心理虐待和大学生自恋型人格障碍倾向的关系以及成人依恋在二者之间的中介作用。采用儿童心理虐待量表、成人依恋量表、人格障碍诊断问卷对520名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)91名大学生存在自恋型人格障碍倾向,阳性检出率为17.50%。男生存在自恋型人格障碍倾向的比率明显高于女生。且自恋型与非自恋型人格障碍倾向者在儿童心理虐待和依恋焦虑水平上的得分存在显著差异;(2)儿童心理虐待对自恋型人格障碍倾向不仅具有直接效应,还可以通过依恋焦虑间接作用于自恋型人格障碍倾向。这说明在儿童期遭受过较为严重的心理虐待的个体,成年后会具有较高的依恋焦虑水平,进而促使个体产生自恋型人格障碍倾向。In order to examine the relationship between child psychological abuse and narcissistic personality disorder inclination and to explore the mediating role of adult attachment in the relationship between child psychological abuse and narcissistic personality disorder inclination in college students,520 college students were asked to complete the Chinese Version of Child Psychological Maltreatment Scale,Adult Attachment Scale and Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire.The results showed that:(1)91 college students met the diagnostic criteria for narcissistic personality disorder inclination,and the positive detection rate was 17.50%;the rate of boys suffering from narcissistic personality disorder inclination is significantly higher than that of girls;there are significant differences in the scores of narcissistic and non-narcissistic personality disorders inclination in children's psychological abuse and attachment anxiety;(2)The relationship between child psychological abuse and narcissistic personality disorder inclination was partially mediated by attachment anxiety,which shows that individuals who have suffered more serious psychological abuse during childhood will have a higher level of attachment anxiety in adulthood and which in turn promotes the formation of narcissistic personality disorder inclination.
