摘　　要：目的探讨应用PBL教学联合Mini-CEX在眼科临床见习教学中的效果。方法选择本校2017级临床医学系本科学生共60名作为研究对象,随机分成PBL教学组和传统教学组两组,每组各30名。在眼科学临床见习中分别应用PBL教学法与传统教学法进行教学,采用综合两组学生Mini-CEX测评情况、理论考试成绩及教学满意度相结合的方式对教学效果进行评价。结果PBL教学组在Mini-CEX各项测评评分及教学满意度、考试成绩等授课评价指标方面均优于传统教学组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科临床见习教学中应用PBL联合Mini-CEX教学模式,教学效果良好,有助于医学生眼科专业能力的提高及综合素质的培养,值得在眼科临床教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching cometbhiondeds with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in clinical practice teaching of ophthalmology.60 undergraduate students who majored in clinical medicine of grade 2017 in Bengbu medical collegewere selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a PBL teaching group and a traditional teachinggroup,with 30 students in each group.In the clinical practice of ophthalmology,the PBL teaching method andtraditional teaching method were adopted in the two groups,respectively.The teaching effects of the two groupswReerseu letvsaluated by the combination of the Mini-CEX evaluation,theoretical achievement,and teaching satisfaction.The PBL teaching group was better than the traditional teaching group in terms of Mini-CEX evaluationscPores,teaching satisfaction,test scores,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusions In clinical practice teaching of ophthalmology,the teaching mode of PBL combined withMini-CEX achieves excellent teaching effect.It is helpful for improving theprofessional competence ofophthalmology of medical students and the cultivation of comprehensive quality and is worthy of popularization andapplication in ophthalmology clinical teaching.
