摘 要:普通生物学课程是高等院校生物工程专业本科人才培养的专业基础课程和必修课程。如何提高课堂教学质量、激发学生创新实践能力、落实“立德树人”教育目标是普通生物学课程教学改革亟待解决的关键问题。在普通生物学课程教学的过程中,引入了基于OBE教育理念的融合式教学模式、项目式课程体系、立体式评价机制,并将思政教育融入课堂中。期末“自我能力评价”问卷调查结果显示,学生对该门课程的混合式教学模式认同率达到97%,对自身能力提升评价在80分以上的学生占61%。由此可见,基于OBE(outcomes-based education)理念的生物工程专业普通生物学课程教学改革对提升该门课程的教学质量和推动新工科人才的能力培养具有积极的促进作用。General biology is a professional basic and compulsory course for the undergraduates′cultivation of Biological Engineering specialty in colleges and universities.How to improve teaching quality,arouse the students′ability to innovate and practice,and implement the educational goal of building morality and cultivating people,these are the key problems to be solved in the teaching reform.In the course teaching of general biology,a four-dimensional course system based on OBE ideas was explored by the author,which contains the hybrid teaching mode,the project-based curriculum system,the tridimensional evaluation system,as well as curriculum ideological and political education.The results of the final“self-ability evaluation”questionnaire show that the approval rate of students to the hybrid teaching mode reaches to 97%,and 61%of the students scored above 80 in their comprehensive self-ability assessment.Evidently,the teaching reform of general biology based on OBE ideas in Biological Engineering specialty plays a positive role in improving the teaching quality and promoting the ability training of new engineering talents.
