摘 要:教师职业精神是教师在教书育人的职业活动中生成融聚的精神力量和精神品性,是教师实现其生命价值与坚守职业岗位的精神叙事。“师之为师”的德性自觉是新时代教师职业精神生成的内生性资源与驱动力;生命关怀是新时代教师职业精神的品质内涵,是“师之为师”的生命向度。新时代教师职业精神的培育需要把师德师风建设与情怀教育作为根本任务与重要内容,需要以教师专业自主发展作为观念引领与价值追求,需要全社会“尊师重教”的文化资源与心理环境,更需要教师主体的自觉自建。Teachers professional spirit is the spiritual strength and character generated and gathered in the professional activities of teachers imparting knowledge and educating people,and it is the spiritual narrative for teachers realizing their life value and sticking to their professional posts.The moral consciousness of“teachers as teachers”is the endogenous resources and driving force for the generation of teachers professional spirit in the new era,and the life care is the quality connotation of their professional spirit and the life dimension of“teachers as teachers”.The cultivation of teachers professional spirit in the new era needs to take the construction of teachers ethics and feelings education as the fundamental task and important content,to take the independent development of teachers major as the concept guidance and value pursuit,to create the cultural resources and psychological environment of the whole society s“respecting teachers and valuing education”,and further to perform the conscious self-construction of teachers.
