摘  要:目的探讨线上线下混合教学模式在急诊实习医生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年1月在解放军总医院第四医学中心急诊科实习医生作为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组(n=32)和混合教学组(n=32),对比两组理论知识、技能操作及综合应用考核成绩的差异;通过问卷调查比较两组教学满意度的差异;比较两组课时完成度及课堂注意力集中度的差异;进一步通过问卷调查比较授课教师对两种教学模式的满意度评分。结果混合教学组在理论知识、技能操作及综合应用考核成绩方面均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.01);混合教学组的教学总满意度明显升高(P<0.05);混合教学组的课时完成度、课堂注意力集中度均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.01);授课教师对混合教学组的满意度评分明显高于传统教学组(P<0.001)。结论采用线上线下混合教学模式进行教学,可以明显提高实习医生急诊医学理论、技能及综合应用方面的成绩,提升教学满意度,值得在临床教学中进行推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of mixed teaching mode based on online and offline in clinical practice of emergency medicine.Methods 64 emergency medical interns of the Fourth Medical Centre of Chinese PLA General Hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:traditional teaching group(n=32)and mixed teaching group(n=32).The examination achievement(theory,operational skills,and comprehensive application),class attendance,class concentration and the satisfaction of teaching from the students and teachers were compared.Results The scores of theory,operational skills and comprehensive application of the interns in mixed teaching group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.01).The total teaching satisfaction was significantly higher in mixed teaching group than in traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The performance of class attendance and class concentration was markedly better in mixed teaching group than in traditional teaching group(P<0.01).The satisfaction score of the teachers was significantly higher for mixed teaching mode(P<0.001).Conclusion Mixed teaching mode improves the scores of interns in the theory,operational skills and comprehensive application as well as the total teaching satisfaction significantly,which is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
