摘　　要：“食品安全检测技术”课程是食品专业的主要课程,通过分析当前教学中的问题,从教学大纲、教材选择、教学内容、教学模式、实验教学及考核机制等方面进行教学改革,探索食品专业的新工科建设模式,以期培养出适合新工科背景下的食品专业的应用型人才。Food Safety Testing Technology is the main course of food specialty.Through analyzing the problems in the current teaching,the teaching reform was carried out from the aspects of syllabus,teaching material selection,teaching content,teaching mode,experimental teaching and assessment mechanism,and exploreed the new engineering construction mode of food specialty.In order to cultivate the application-oriented talents suitable for the food specialty under the background of new engineering.
