摘 要:全社会的物资需求主要依靠制造业来满足,而物流业则是连接社会需求与制造业的纽带,制造业是国民经济的主体,而物流业则是支撑国民经济的基础性、先导性和战略性产业。21世纪我国的经济要发展,必须重视这两大行业的互融互促。在此背景下,国家提出推动物流业制造业深度融合(以下简称两业融合)、创新发展的实施方案。而要推动两业深度融合、创新发展,离不开人才的支撑。教师是人才培养的主体,师资队伍的建设直接影响人才的培育。文中从两业融合的背景出发,从优化师资队伍结构和加强师资队伍内涵建设两个方面提出高职院校师资队伍建设的实现路径。The material demand of the whole society is mainly met by the manufacturing industry,and the logistics industry is the link between the social demand and the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,and the logistics industry is the basic,leading and strategic industry supporting the national economy. In order to develop our economy in the 21st century,we must pay attention to the mutual integration and promotion of these two industries. In this context,the state puts forward the implementation plan to promote the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry( hereinafter referred to as the integration of two industries). To promote the deep integration of innovation and development of two industries,it is inseparable from the support of talents. Teachers are the main body of talent training,and the construction of teachers’ team directly affects the cultivation of talents. Starting from the background of the integration of two industries,this paper puts forward the realization path of the construction of teachers’ team in higher vocational colleges from perspectives of optimizing the structure of the teaching staff and strengthening the connotation construction of the teaching staff.
