摘  要:本文将没食子酸(Gallic Acid,GA)氧化后与壳聚糖(Chitosan,CS)通过席夫碱反应交联形成网络结构,冷冻-解冻后形成水凝胶,具有较好的弹性和硬度,并随着GA浓度的提高而显著增强(p<0.05)。此外,水凝胶具备良好的溶胀性能,并随着GA浓度的提高而显著降低(p<0.05),以上结果说明GA浓度提高使水凝胶网络结构更加致密;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)结果表明水凝胶具有较好的热稳定性;体外细胞毒性实验证明凝胶细胞相容性良好,能够促进C2C12细胞的增殖,为其在新型伤口敷料的应用奠定了基础,具有较好的发展前景。In this study,gallic acid (GA) was oxidized and cross-linked with CS via Schiff base reaction to form a network structure,and the hydrogel was formed after freezing-thawing.The hydrogels had good elasticity and hardness,which were significantly enhanced with increasing GA concentration (p<0.05).The hydrogel has good swelling property,and decreased significantly with the increase of GA concentration (p<0.05).The above results showed that the structure of the hydrogel network became more compact with increase of the GA concentration.The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that the hydrogel had good thermal stability.In vitro cytotoxicity experiments showed that the cell compatibility of the hydrogel was good,and could promote the proliferation of C2C12 cells.The results of these study indicated that the hydrogel could be the application of new wound dressing,and had good prospects for development.
