摘　　要：为了寻找传统石油基包装材料的替代物,降低“白色污染”对环境造成的危害。对天然生物多糖类物质--琼脂进行综述,从琼脂的综合性质出发重点论述了在制备薄膜和涂膜方向上的应用,旨在为琼脂在包装材料及食品保鲜领域研究提供参考。In order to find alternatives to traditional oil-based packaging materials and reduce the environmental harm caused by“white pollution”.A review of the natural biopolysaccharide--agar was performed,based on the comprehensive nature of agar,the application of film preparation and coating direction aimed to provide reference for agar in the field of packaging materials and food preservation.
