摘  要:目的探讨基于提升行动力的PBL教学法在急诊ICU护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在南通大学附属医院急诊ICU实习的护理本科生72名,实习期为4周,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组采用传统的PBL教学模式,试验组采用基于提升行动力的PBL教学法进行临床护理教学。实习期结束分别考核护生急诊重症监护相关基础理论知识和护理实践操作能力,同时调查护生对临床带教的满意度和自身“行动力”评分,分析对照组与试验组的最终带教效果。结果试验组理论和实践考试成绩、带教满意度和出科行动力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组出科行动力评分明显高于入科时评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊ICU临床护理教学中,采用提升行动力结合PBL的教学方法,激发了学生的自身行动力,提高了主动处理问题的积极性,能熟练掌握重症护理的相关知识及操作,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method based on improving action ability in nursing teaching of EICU.Methods 72 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the emergency ICU of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2019 to December 2020were selected.The practice period was 4 weeks.They were divided into the test group(n=36)and the control group(n=36)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional PBL teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the PBL teaching method based on improving the ability of action for clinical nursing teaching.At the end of the internship period,the basic theoretical knowledge and nursing practice ability of nursing students in emergency intensive care were assessed respectively.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of nursing students with clinical teaching and their"action ability"scores were investigated,and the final teaching effect of the control group and the test group was analyzed.Results The scores of theory and practice examination,teaching satisfaction and action ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the action ability of the test group was significantly higher than that of the admission group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching of EICU,the teaching method of improving action combined with PBL can stimulate the students’own action,improve the initiative to deal with problems,and master the relevant knowledge and operation,which has good application value.
