摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在普通外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在成都医学院第一附属医院普通外科培训基地临床住院医师规范化培训学员42名,随机分为试验组(n=21)和对照组(n=21)。由共同教师按教学大纲要求授予相同主题内容的课程,试验组采用PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统讲座式教学方法。分析两组学员的出科考试成绩及进行教学满意度分析。结果试验组学员出科考试成绩较对照组学员出科考试成绩有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学员对教师满意度评价中显高于传统组。结论在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中,PBL教学方法优于传统教学方法,PBL教学有助于提高学员临床思维能力、自主学习能力,有利于培养合格的外科住院医师。Objective To analyze the effect of application with problem-based learning model in standardized medical residency training of general surgery.Methods A total of 42 trainees of standardized training for clinical residents in the general surgery training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the test group(n=21)and the control group(n=21).The common teachers will grant courses with the same subject content according to the requirements of the syllabus.The experimental group adopts the PBL teaching mode,and the control group adopts the traditional lecture teaching method.Analysis of the two groups of students’graduation examination results and teaching satisfaction analysis.Results The test scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had significantly higher evaluations of teacher satisfaction than the traditional group.Conclusion The PBL teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method.PBL teaching helps to improve the clinical thinking ability and independent learning ability of the students,and is beneficial to the training of qualified surgical residents.
