摘 要:目的探讨呼吸科临床带教中采取问题式教学法的应用价值。方法研究对象为2019年1月—2020年10月在广州医科大学附属第一医院呼吸科实习的80名实习生,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(40名)和对照组(40名)。观察组使用问题式教学法,对照组使用常规带教模式。对两组学生知识掌握情况及对带教模式满意度进行对比。结果观察组实践操作成绩、理论成绩及综合成绩均高于对照组,观察组对带教模式满意度也均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科临床带教中使用问题式教学法效果较好,能够有效提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其综合能力,学生对带教模式的满意度较高,该教学模式具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory department.Methods The subjects were 80interns in the respiratory department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The observation group used the problem-based teaching method,and the control group used the conventional teaching mode.The two groups of students’knowledge mastery and satisfaction with the teaching mode were compared.Results The results of practical operation,theory and comprehensive performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching mode was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based teaching method used in the clinical teaching of respiratory department has a good effect,which can effectively improve students’initiative and enthusiasm,stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve their comprehensive ability.Students are highly satisfied with the teaching mode,and the teaching mode has high clinical application value.
