摘 要:从理论分析角度出发,建立雨刮-风窗系统的动力学及摩擦模型,研究雨刮-风窗系统运动时摩擦产生振动噪声的原因,以期改善汽车NVH性能。建立动力学模型,推导并无量纲化解析式;基于摩擦系数-相对速度负斜率公式、库伦摩擦定律及流体润滑特性,分别对雨刮-风窗系统在干燥、湿润运行工况建立摩擦模型,研究不同工况下刮片角度、摩擦系数及摩擦力随时间变化情况;应用非线性解析法——龙格-库塔法,分析动力响应及摩擦特性。模型仿真结果准确复现出雨刮片实际运动中相关振动特性;通过对比不同工况下的仿真结果,验证动力学模型及摩擦模型的有效性。建立的动力学及摩擦模型,可为雨刮片结构优化、雨刮-风窗系统振动噪声控制及相关的固体接触研究提供一定理论参考。Based on theoretical analysis, the dynamics and friction models of the windscreen system are established to explore the causes of vibration and noise caused by friction during the movement of the windscreen system so as to improve the vehicle NVH performance. The kinetic model is established and the dimensionless analytic formula is deduced. Friction models of the wiper-window system under dry and wet operating conditions are established based on the negative slope relation between friction coefficient and relative velocity, Coulomb’s law of friction and fluid lubrication characteristics. And the analytical expressions of the blade angle, friction coefficient and friction varying with time under different operating conditions are further obtained. The dynamic response and friction characteristics are analyzed and the differential equations are solved by Runge-Kutta method. The simulation results of the model accurately match the vibration characteristics of the wiper blade in actual motion. By comparing the simulation results under different working conditions mutually, the effectiveness of the friction system dynamics model and the friction model is verified. This work provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the wiper blade, the vibration and noise control of the wiper-windshield system and the study of solid contact.
