摘　　要：博士学位论文阶段性成果是授予博士学位的基本依据。文章总结了学位论文阶段性成果标准的发展趋势,分析了所在高校原有标准施行一段时期后出现的激励作用减弱、重数量轻质量等倾向性问题。最后,提出了对标一流分学科制定成果要求、以“多维”破除“唯”、大力支持国内刊物等改革思路和举措,并对后续相关工作提出思考与建议。Academic achievements of doctoral dissertation are the basis for awarding doctoral degree.This paper summarizes the development trend of academic achievement regulation for doctoral dissertation,and analyzes the tendency of weakening the incentive effect and emphasizing quantity over quality after a period of implementing the original standards for the university the authors belong to.This paper puts forward some measures to reform,such as setting up requirements according to different disciplines for first-class standards,eliminating“Only”with“Multi-dimension”,and supporting domestic publications.In addition,the paper puts forward the thought and the suggestion to the follow-up work.
