中西时间观差异在汉英语言文化上的体现

摘　　要：不同的环境、文化底蕴、历史背景等多方面导致了不同民族在时间观念上各有差异,不同的时间观念很大程度影响了中西方跨文化交际的效果。通过对比分析中西方在时间观上的不同取向及其在汉英语言文化上的体现,提出跨文化交际冲突的解决策略,以期提高中西方沟通的有效性。Different environments, cultural backgrounds, historical backgrounds and other factors have led to differences in time concepts among different ethnic groups. Different time concepts have greatly influenced the effect of cross-cultural communication between China and the West. This article analyzes the different orientations of Chinese and Western perspectives on time and their manifestations in Chinese and English languages and cultures. It proposes strategies for resolving cross-cultural communication conflicts in order to improve the effectiveness of communication between Chinese and Westerners.
