基于PACTE翻译能力框架的本科翻译专业课程设置比较研究

摘  要:近年来,语言服务业发展迅猛,给翻译研究和翻译教育带来很多挑战和发展机遇。对于处于起步阶段的翻译专业本科教育而言,首要问题是建立一套科学合理的课程体系。该文采用比较分析法,在PACTE翻译能力框架的指导下,对比了浙江大学、北京外国语大学和加拿大渥太华大学本科翻译专业的课程设置,比较3所高校翻译专业本科课程设置的差异与共同点,分析3所学校在各个子能力下的具体课程,并提出中国高校本科翻译专业课程设置应该借鉴的策略:第一,高校应更注重提升学生的母语能力;第二,高校应适当增加工具子能力的课程;第三,语言外能力课程应该注重方法多于内容。In recent years,the rapid development of language service industry has brought challenges and opportunities to translation education.Globalization further facilitates the spread of information and upgrading of knowledge,which puts forward higher requirements on all aspects of ability.Curriculum provision determines the quality of graduating students and reflects the structure,level and progression of teaching content.The first priority of newly-set undergraduate translation major is to establish a scientific curriculum system.This paper mainly adopts a comparative study,under the guidance of PACTE Translation Competence Model,comparing the curriculum provision of Zhejiang University,Beijing Foreign Studies University and University of Ottawa to analyze translation competences cultivated by curricula of these three universities to analyze the differences and similarities of their courses of translation,and finally put forward strategies that Chinese universities should adopt in the undergraduate courses of translation:first,more attention should be paid to mother language.Second,universities should properly increase courses of instrumental sub-competence.Third,courses of extra-linguistic sub-competence can be method-oriented rather than content-oriented.
