摘　　要：国家的希望在青年,民族的未来在青年。新时代的中国青年是实现中华民族伟大复兴的先锋力量,其民族观教育问题事关民族复兴的时代伟业。新时代中国青年民族观教育要把握其理论的、现实的和价值的必然性,回答好“为何教育”的问题。要着重阐释新时代中国青年民族观教育的核心内容在于开展马克思主义民族观教育、强化新时代民族团结进步教育、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的思想基础,回答好“教育什么”的问题。要用马克思主义民族观引导新时代中国青年民族观的形成、引导新时代中国青年的自我教育、引导新时代青年民族观教育的发展方向,以明确新时代中国青年民族观教育的指导思想;从扎根民族观教育的历史经验、立足新时代的历史新方位、拓宽开放包容的国际视野方面厘清新时代中国青年民族观教育的基本思路;从健全和完善新时代中国青年民族观教育的制度法规、增强新时代中国青年民族观教育的主渠道建设、提升新时代中国青年民族观教育的大众传媒功能等方面积极构建新时代中国青年民族观教育机制,回答好“怎么教育”的问题。The hope of the country lies in the youth, and the future of the nation lies in the youth.The Chinese youth in the new era are the vanguard force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the issue of their national outlook education is related to the great cause of national rejuvenation.The national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era should grasp the inevitability of its theory, reality and value, and answer the question of “why education".It is necessary to explain that the core content of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era is to carry out the education of Marxist national outlook, to strengthen the education of national unity and progress in the new era, and to forge a solid ideological foundation for the community consciousness of the Chinese nation, so as to answer the question of “what to educate".It is also necessary to use Marxist national outlook to guide the formation of the national outlook of Chinese youth in the new era, to guide the self-education of Chinese youth in the new era, and to guide the development direction of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era, so as to clarify the guiding ideology of Chinese youth’s national outlook education in the new era;The basic ideas of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era are clarified in terms of taking root in the historical experience of national outlook education, basing on the new orientation of history in the new era, and broadening the open and inclusive international perspective;The mechanism of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era should be actively constructed in terms of perfecting the systems and regulations of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era, strengthening the construction of the main channel of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era, and improving the function of mass media of the national outlook education of Chinese youth in the new era, so as to a
