摘 要:目的分析湖州市食源性疾病患者所分离沙门菌的血清型别、耐药状况以及分子分型特征,为沙门菌引起的食源性疾病防治提供科学依据。方法收集2018—2020年湖州市6家食源性疾病监测哨点医院分离到的105株阳性沙门菌株,采用玻片凝集法、微量肉汤稀释法和脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)法,分别进行血清学分型、抗生素最小抑菌浓度测定和分子分型。结果105株沙门菌主要是鼠伤寒沙门菌(37/105)和肠炎沙门菌(19/105)。沙门菌菌株对30种抗生素的耐药率为0%~70.48%,氨苄西林耐药率最高,达到70.48%(74/105),其次为四环素和多西环素,耐药率分别为67.67%(71/105)和65.71%(69/105)。分子分型显示,经XbaⅠ酶酶切后,105株沙门菌产生93个PFGE带型,各带型相似度28.50%~100.00%。结论湖州地区食源性沙门菌耐药情况严重,PFGE带型既有多样性,又具有优势带型。Objective To describe the serotype,drug resistance and molecular characteristics of Salmonella isolated from patients with foodborne diseases in Huzhou of Zhejiang province from 2018 to 2020,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of foodborne diseases caused by Salmonella.Methods A total of 105 Salmonella strains isolated from patients with foodborne diseases in 6 sentinel hospitals in Huzhou from 2018 to 2020 were collected and the serotypes,drug resistance and molecular typing were determined by slide agglutination method,microbroth dilution method and by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results Out of 105 strains,S.Typhimurium(37/105)and S.Enteritidis(19/105)were found to be the major subtypes of Salmonella.Antibiotic resistance test showed that the resistance rate of Salmonella strains ranged from 0.00%to 70.48%,with the highest of 70.48%to ampicillin(74/105),followed by 67.62%(71/105)to tetracycline and 65.71%(69/105)to doxycycline.After the restriction enzyme Xba I digestion,the 105 strains yielded 93 PFGE bands,with the similarity ranging from 28.50%to 100.00%.Conclusions The Salmonella strains isolated from patients with foodborne diseases in Huzhou are highly resistant to antibiotics.PFGE bands of Salmonella strains are diverse,but there are also predominant types.
