摘  要:目的:评定液相色谱法测定饮料中诱惑红含量的不确定度。方法:根据测定方法建立模型,对不确定度的分量进行计算,最终合成不确定度报告。结果:当k=2时,诱惑红的含量为(0.023±0.001 1)g·kg^(-1)。结论:根据评定结果,标准溶液配制过程引入的不确定度贡献最大。利用液相色谱法测定饮料中诱惑红含量的不确定度评定能减少不确定度分量,提高测量值的准确性和可信度,以保证检测数据的科学性和合理性。Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of allura red in beverages by liquid chromatography.Method: Build a model according to the measurement method, calculate the uncertainty components, and finally synthesize the uncertainty report. Result: When k=2, the content of allura red was(0.023±0.001 1) g·kg^(-1). Conclusion: According to the evaluation results, the uncertainty introduced in the standard solution preparation process contributes the most.The evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of allure red in beverages by liquid chromatography can reduce the uncertainty component, improve the accuracy and reliability of the measured value, to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the test data.
