摘 要:文章以南京地铁9号线绿博园站盾构端头加固工程为背景,结合所处漫滩地区地层特点,对不同加固方法进行适用性比选,提出了三轴搅拌桩+三重管高压旋喷桩+冷冻法及降水井辅助的施工加固方案,阐述了三轴搅拌桩的施工顺序、主要技术参数以及加固后地基土体的检测方法及效果,有效降低了端头地基加固风险,确保盾构施工工序的顺利开展。Taking the shield end reinforcement project at Lyuboyuan Station of Nanjing Metro Line 9 as the background,combined with the strata characteristics of the floodplain area, the applicability of different reinforcement methods is compared and selected in this paper, and the construction reinforcement scheme of three-axis mixing pile + triple-pipe high-pressure jet grouting pile + freezing method and dewatering well aid is proposed. The construction sequence and main technical parameters of three-axis mixing piles and the detection method and effect of foundation soil after reinforcement are expounded, which effectively reduces the risk of end foundation reinforcement and ensures the smooth development of shield construction process.
