摘　　要：创新创业教育是高等学校加强岗位实践、实现素质拓展、培养人才队伍的重要途径,对学校的长远健康内涵式发展意义重大。当前,高职院校创新创业教育在育人理念、课程体系架构、师资结构、创业实践、创新创业环境等方面还存在很多的局限性。解决这些实际问题要将创新创业教育与专业人才培养方案深度融合,合理设计课程、突出专业特性,把高校创新创业教育建设成人才培养的重要窗口和平台。高职院校如何充分发挥自身特点和地区优势,不断更新创新创业教育理念、加大人才培养力度、建设“双师”队伍、优化竞赛新生态、搭建实践平台,对于实现精准人才培养、推动大学生更高质量就业具有重要意义。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way for higher education institutions to strengthen job practice, realize quality expansion and cultivate talent team, which is significant to the long-term healthy and connotative development of schools. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational schools still has many limitations in terms of education concept, curriculum system structure, faculty structure, entrepreneurial practice and innovation and entrepreneurial environment. To solve these practical problems, we have to deeply integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional talent cultivation program, reasonably design the curriculum, highlight professional characteristics, and build innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities into an important window and platform for talent cultivation. How to give full play to the characteristics and regional advantages of higher vocational schools, constantly update the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, intensify the training of talents, build a “dual-teacher” team, optimize the new ecology of competition, and build a practice platform, is of great significance to realize precise talent training and promote higher quality employment of college students.
