摘 要:以亮斑扁角水虻粗脂肪含量为核心评价指标,改变人工培养基中碳水化合物含量(C)和蛋白质含量(P)及C∶P值,采用营养几何学结合响应面分析评价了不同营养条件对水虻油脂积累的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖对水虻预蛹体重和粗脂肪的积累均有促进作用,粗脂肪含量分别达到40.0%±1.0%、40.4%±0.4%、40.1%±0.1%,显著高于淀粉组(34.1%±0.4%)和对照组(34.2%±0.6%)。人工培养基中碳水化合物含量较低(C<50%)时,蛋白质含量的增加能够促进水虻粗脂肪的积累;但碳水化合物含量较高(C≥50%)时,粗脂肪的积累主要受碳水化合物含量的影响。当C+P=100%、C∶P=4∶1时,粗脂肪含量达到52.1%±0.6%;当C+P=25%、C∶P=1∶4时,粗脂肪含量则降至20.8%±0.3%。营养浓度同时会影响水虻脂肪酸的组成,在营养浓度提高时,十三烷酸的相对含量增加,而肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、十七烷烯酸、硬脂酸的相对含量则减少。Taking crude fat content of black soldier fly as a core evaluation index,changing the contents of carbohydrate(C)and protein(P)and C∶P ratio in artificial medium,we evaluated the effects of different nutritional conditions on lipid accumulation in black soldier fly by nutritional geometry combined with response surface analysis.The results show that glucose,fructose,and maltose can promote the accumulations of prepupa weight and crude fat in black soldier fly,and the crude fat contents can reach 40.0%±1.0%,40.4%±0.4%,and 40.1%±0.1%,respectively,which are significantly higher than those of starch group(34.1%±0.4%)and control group(34.2%±0.6%).When the carbohydrate content in the artificial medium is low(C<50%),the increase of protein content can promote the accumulation of crude fat in black soldier fly.While when the carbohydrate content is high(C≥50%),the accumulation of crude fat is mainly affected by the carbohydrate content.When C+P=100%and C∶P=4∶1,the crude fat content of black soldier fly can reach 52.1%±0.6%.While when C+P=25%and C∶P=1∶4,the crude fat content of black soldier fly decreases to 20.8%±0.3%.Nutrient concentration also affects the composition of fatty acids in black soldier fly.When the nutrient concentration increases,the relative content of tridecanoic acid increases,whereas,the relative contents of myristic acid,pentadecanoic acid,heptadenoic acid,and stearic acid decrease.
