摘  要:为进一步提高阿维菌素的生产水平,优化了半连续发酵中的补料工艺。阿维菌素发酵罐放罐后,补入相同体积的培养40~60 h的发酵液替代传统的新鲜培养基,补入发酵液的培养基为含220 g·L^(-1)淀粉的复合培养基。经连续罐批验证,平均效价(±s)为(7584±112)μg·mL^(-1),较对照组[(7258±243)μg·mL^(-1)]显著提高(t检验单尾P=0.012);平均单罐产量达677 kg,较对照组提高了9%;效价标准差为112μg·mL^(-1),与对照组(243μg·mL^(-1))比较,效价稳定性显著提高(F检验单尾P=0.03)。In order to further improve the production level of Avermectin,we optimized the feeding process in semi-continuous fermentation.After the release of fermentation tank,we added the same volume of fermentation broth after being cultured for 40-60 h into fermentation tank to replace the traditional fresh culture medium,and the added fermentation broth was obtained by fermentation in a compound medium containing 220 g·L^(-1) starch.Through the verification of continuous pot batch,the average titer(±s)can reach(7584±112)μg·mL^(-1),which is significantly higher than that of the control group[(7258±243)μg·mL^(-1)](t test,P=0.012 for single tail).While the yield of average single tank can reach 677 kg,which increases by 9%.Moreover,the standard deviation of titer is 112μg·mL^(-1),which indicates the stability of titer is significantly improved compared with the control group(243μg·mL^(-1))(F test,P=0.03 for single tail).
