摘  要:以DSZ49/1700 t移动模架的支腿同步控制为对象进行了研究,在移动模机施工工艺和原支腿液压回路分析的基础上,提出了采用主从控制策略和PID控制器对支腿液压缸进行同步控制,对原支腿液压回路进行了改进,并设计出位移和压力双闭环模糊PID同步控制器,并进行了仿真和现场试验,结果证明此控制策略可以实现移动模架的支腿液压缸的高精度同步控制。Taking the support legs synchronous control of DSZ49/1700 t mobile formwork as the object, based on the construction technology of mobile formwork machine and the analysis of the original support leg hydraulic system, the master-slave control strategy and PID controller are proposed to synchronously control the support leg hydraulic cylinders, the support leg hydraulic circuit is improved, and the double closed-loop fuzzy PID synchronous controller of displacement and pressure is designed, and the simulation and test are carried out. The results show that the control strategy can realize the high-precision synchronous control of the support leg hydraulic cylinders of the mobile formwork.
