摘　　要：艺术设计专业跨界人才的培养符合当前经济发展与设计的变革,也顺应我国创新设计产业发展的需求。当今艺术设计专业跨界人才培养的素质要求是:整体设计的洞察力,丰富的知识储备和人文素养,强大的团队合作能力等。艺术设计专业教学模式应基于此素质要求进行相应的改革:注重学生综合素质的课程体系设置,以主题为主的课题训练模式,跨专业领域的教学团队建设,建立多元化的跨界实践教学平台等,在此改革中全面提高人才培养质量。Crossover talents grooming for art design specialism fits well into the change of current economic growth and design,and into the the development demands for innovative industries.Requirements of quality for art design specialism-based crossover talents training call for a holistic design acumen,a profuse knowledge reserve and humanistic literacy,and a strong teamwork cooperative capacity.Reform under such requirements follows that teaching contents design focuses on developing students′ all-round quality,on offering a topic-based task drill mode,on building the teaching teamwork over interdisciplinarity,and on developing a pluralistic crossover practical teaching platform to fully raise the talents training level.
