摘　　要：随着职业教育的发展,高职英语的人才培养也应以行业需求为基础,以发展职场涉外沟通能力、多元文化意识、英语语言思维和自主学习完善为主。文章分析高职英语教学的现状与存在的问题,改变传统教学方式,基于成果导向教育理念,探索项目化教学路径,以期更好地实现公共基础课为专业服务的目标。With the development of vocational education,vocational English talent training should also be based on the needs of the industry,focusing on the development of communication skills,multicultural awareness,habit of thinking in English and independent learning.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of English teaching in higher vocational colleges and explores the project-based English teaching led by the outcome-based education concept,in order to better meet the needs of industries.
