摘　　要：“双高”建设背景下高职院校创新是国家和社会发展的必然趋势。作为人才培养的重要组成部分,在“双高”建设中高职院校应当充分发挥创新人才培养的重要作用。然而,传统的人才培养质量评价体系已经不能满足创新人才培养的质量评估要求,甚至可能会对人才培养造成负面的影响。对此,拟结合“双高建设”背景下高职院校人才培养的具体实践,探讨新时代创新人才培养的策略特别是质量评估体系构建,从而为改进和提高人才培养水平提供有价值的参考。Under the background of"Double High Construction",innovation in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable trend of national and social development,as well as an important direction of talent training.As an important part of talent training,higher vocational colleges should give full play to the important role of innovative talent training in the construction of"Double High Schools".However,the traditional talent training quality evaluation system cannot meet the quality evaluation requirements of innovative talent training and may even have a negative impact on talent training.In this regard,this paper intends to combine the specific practice of talent training in higher vocational colleges under the background of"Double High Construction"to discuss the strategies of innovative talent training in the new era,especially the construction of quality evaluation system,so as to provide valuable reference for improving and enhancing the level of talent training.
