摘 要:机动车载雷达要求机动性好、集成度高,轻量化设计是雷达设计的必然选择。首先从系统弯矩图切入获得合理的设备布局,以平台受力最小为优化目标建立优化方程优化调平系统,实现平台轻量化;然后基于变密度法对平台结构进行拓扑优化;最后采用灵敏度分析法对平台进行二次优化,以质量小和抗扭模量大为目标,对平台零部件进行多目标优化,实现了平台轻量化的目标。Mobile vehicle radar requires good mobility and high integration.Lightweight design is the inevitable choice of radar design.Firstly,this paper optimizes the layout from the system level,and obtains the reasonable equipment layout by starting with the system bending moment diagram;Taking the minimum force on the platform as the optimization objective,the optimization equation is established,and the leveling system is optimized to realize the lightweight of the platform.The topology of the platform structure is optimized based on the variable density method,and then the platform is secondary optimized through sensitivity analysis on the basis of the optimized platform structure.Aiming at small weight and large torsional modulus,the platform interface is locally multi-objective optimized to obtain the comprehensive optimization results.
