课程思政视域下微观经济学的学科使命与教学体系调整

摘　　要：课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措。当前,我国大部分微观经济学教材中存在对微观经济学的学科使命和课程思政使命定位不清晰、对需求和供给的分析不对称、对市场失灵阐述不足等问题。这些问题的存在,影响学生对微观经济学的整体理解,也影响微观经济学课程思政的教学效果。为此,应明确微观经济学的学科使命和中国高校微观经济学课程思政使命,在课程体系上对称安排需求理论和供给理论,将供给理论纳入成本-收益分析框架。同时,明确区分市场失灵与不足,将垄断性市场结构纳入市场失灵分析。在此基础上,将微观经济学学科使命、课程思政使命、课程内容与中国国情结合,明确社会主义市场经济体制的课程思政主线,这对实现微观经济学育人目标有重大现实意义。Curriculum ideological and political education is the key measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education. At present,there exist some problems in the teaching system of microeconomics,such as unclear orientation of the subject mission and Curriculum Ideological and Political Education mission of microeconomics,asymmetric analysis of demand and supply,and insufficient explanation of market failure. The existence of these problems affect students’ overall understanding of microeconomics,and also affect the development of microeconomics’ Curriculum Ideological and Political Education. Therefore,we should define microeconomics course mission and microeconomics’ Curriculum Ideological and Political Education mission of colleges and universities in China,symmetrical arrangement of demand theory and supply theory in the curriculum system,bring supply theory into the framework of cost-benefit analysis,and at the same time,make a clear distinction between market failures and deficiencies,bring monopolistic market structure into market failure analysis. On this basis,it is of great practical significance to realize the goal of educating people in microeconomics to combine the discipline mission of microeconomics,course ideological and political mission and course content with China’s national conditions,as well as to make clear the Curriculum Ideological and Political Education’main line is socialist market economy system.
