摘 要:目的:探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生疼痛护理学课程教学改革方法及效果。方法:选取学校护理学院65名护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,开展20学时的疼痛知识教育,并实施混合式教学。通过过程性评价、终结性评价及问卷调查法(疼痛管理知识和态度问卷、满意度调查问卷)评价教学改革的效果。结果:护理硕士专业学位研究生的课程成绩为(87.82±4.83)分,课程后疼痛管理知识和态度问卷中疼痛知识总分和各维度(疼痛一般知识、评估知识、镇痛药物知识、综合应用知识)得分高于课程前(P<0.05),且学生对改革后的教学内容、教学方式及考核方式主观评价好,满意度较高。结论:实施混合式教学改革的疼痛护理学课程教学符合护理硕士专业学位研究生培养目标,有利于进一步优化课程,提高学生学习满意度,培养学生学习积极性、科研能力。Objective:To explore the teaching reform method and effect of pain nursing courses for master of nursing professional degree.Methods:A total of 65 graduate students in master of nursing professional degree from nursing school in the university were selected as the research objects.Pain knowledge education was carried out for 20 class hours, and blended teaching was carried out. The effect of teaching reform was evaluated by process evaluation, summative evaluation and questionnaire survey(knowledge and attitudes survey regarding pain questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire).Results:The course score of postgraduate students with master of nursing professional degree was(87.82±4.83).The total score of pain knowledge and the scores of each dimension(pain general knowledge, assessment knowledge, analgesic drug knowledge, comprehensive application knowledge) in the questionnaire of pain management knowledge and attitude after the course were higher than those before the course(P<0.05).Moreover, students′ subjective evaluation of the reformed teaching content, teaching method and assessment method was better, and their satisfaction was higher.Conclusion:The implementation of blended teaching reform of pain nursing curriculum is in line with the training objectives of master of nursing students, which is conducive to further optimize the curriculum, improve students′ learning satisfaction, and cultivate students′ learning enthusiasm and scientific research ability.
